Van Zandt County Deputies responded to a report of a shooting on I-20. Deputies say that the driver of a westbound vehicle shot a firearm at another vehicle, striking that vehicle’s passenger. They transported the passenger to a local hospital, and they were released. Deputies arrested Juan M. Wilkins for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. They released him on a $30,000 bond.
