Marshall Woman Found Murdered

Marshall Police Department’s dispatchers received a call at about 11:40 Monday morning requesting a welfare check. Officers discovered a woman’s body, identified as 26-year-old Camri Johnson of Marshall. Officers later arrested 23-year-old Windel Moris. He’s charged with murder and abandoning a child. They did not disclose the details of the abandoning charge. The investigation is continuing.
