A traffic stop for expired registration in Mineola resulted in a felony drug trafficking arrest. Mineola officers requested assistance from Wood County Constable Kelly Smith and K9 Juma who alerted on the vehicle and they seized 28 grams of methamphetamine. Officers arrested 35-year-old Raymond Blake Caulk, of Mineola, for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
