Monkeypox Confirmed By Titus Regional Medical Center

Titus Regional Medical Center has confirmed that a person treated as an outpatient has the monkeypox virus. TRMC is working closely with the Department of State Health Services and following their guidance for individuals who were at risk of possible exposure. Monkeypox spreads by direct contact from person to person, but they identified the transmission risks as low.
