More Charges Added Against Child Porn Suspect

A 75-year-old Sulphur Springs man arrested for Possession of Child Pornography earlier this week faces 19 new child porn charges. James Frank Neel remains in the Hopkins County Jail, and the charges against him are all third-degree felonies. They have not set a bond amount.
