Morris County Men Indicted

Two Morris County men have been indicted on felony charges by the Gregg County grand jury. 51 year old Hubert Dale Mercer and 54 year old Randy William Sharp, both of Daingerfield, are charged with possession of more than 4 but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance. The incident leading to the indictment alleged occurred in February.
