Tiger Doll Officers and Sergeants bring home awards from camp.

The 2021-2022 Tiger Doll Officers and Sergeants attended an American Dance/Drill Team officer camp from June 13-15 at the Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront. Not only did they learn about leadership and team building, but they also attended dance sessions and guest masterclasses.

The officers were voted the All-American Team of the Day on day 1, received the Diamond Sweepstakes award and Best Overall Choreography for their creative project, and were named the Grand Champion Dance Officers of the Week out of 25 Dance Officer groups in attendance.

They gave the Sergeants the Excellence award for their creative projects, voted All-American Social Officers of the Week, and were named Grand Champion Social Officers of the Week out of nine Social Officer groups at camp.

Four Tiger Dolls received individual accolades. They chose only eleven dancers in the entire camp for the All-American Dance Company, which included Tiger Doll First Lieutenant Grelyn Goolsby. Captain Mary Kait Heeren was named the Outstanding Dance Officer Performer, while Sergeant Victoria Hernandez was named the Outstanding Social Officer. And All-American Dancers included Heeren, Goolsby, and Junior Lieutenant Chloe Carter.

Jaton Broach is the director of the Tiger Dolls.
