Murder Trial Set For East Texas Nurse

A Smith County District Judge ordered jury selection for the trial of a former CHRISTUS Mother Frances-Tyler nurse accused of murdering four patients and severely injuring others will begin the last week of July. Authorities charged William Davis, 37, with capital murder and aggravated assault of four patients. He allegedly injected air into patients’ arteries on purpose.
