A Northeast Texas man has been indicted by the Bowie County grand jury for Intoxication Manslaughter. Prosecutor alleged that 24-year-old Adrian Severn Blood, of Avery, was under the influence of Xanax when he rear-ended another vehicle on Hwy 82 between DeKalb and Malta. Officials pronounced 35-year-old Amanda Dawn Gardner, of DeKalb, dead at the scene.
