NE Texas Woman Accused of Multiple Vehicular Charges

A Northeast Texas woman has been arrested for allegedly running over a man with her vehicle and dragging a woman with her car.  Texarkana police found the 28 year old male victim lying in the road and transported him to the hospital with a fractured skull and other injuries. The female victim suffered scrapes and bruises and declined treatment. 34 year old Michelle Purvis was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault causing bodily injury. She remains in the Bi-State Justice Center Jail under $60,000 bond.
