New Attempt To Lower Accused Officer’s Bond

There’s a new attempt to get the bond lowered for a former Hunt County police officer jailed on a murder charge. Attorneys for former Wolfe City officer Sean Lucas informed the 6th Court of Appeals they would appeal a ruling from last month that denied a lower bond. Lucas is being held in the Collin County Jail on a $1 million bond for the October shooting that killed Wolfe City municipal employee Jonathan Price.
