North Lamar Celebrates School Breakfast Week

North Lamar ISD joins schools across Texas in celebrating School Breakfast Week March 2-6. The annual event recognizes the dedication and commitment shown by Texas schools serving more than 1.8 million breakfasts each school day. Last month alone, North Lamar cafeterias served 11,445 student breakfasts. These meals help ensure more children get to school on time and pay attention throughout the school day. North Lamar’s school nutrition team boosts classroom success by starting students off with a healthy breakfast.
