An Ore City man was killed and a 1 year old girl was seriously injured following a police pursuit early Saturday morning on FM 450 in Marion County. State Troopers say 24 year old James Armer, Junior failed to negotiate a curve ran off the road, hit a tree and overturned. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and the baby was transported to LSU medical center.
