Paris Food Truck Park to Open Today

A new food truck park opens in Paris this morning and will be open until 11:00 pm. The new park is called The Slab and is located on Clarksville Street near Southeast 23rd, not far from Paris Junior College. There will be four food trucks at the location Friday. The Slab will be open every day, year-round, from 11:00 am until dusk.
