Paris Police responded to the 200-block of NE 20th to investigate a report of a shooting. Joshua Mullens, 23, had allegedly fired a single shot at a person in the arm causing a non-life-threatening injury. Officers made contact with Mullens, who was still at the scene and arrested him for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor.
