Paris Police responded to an assault in the 300-block of SE 34th St. The 48-year-old victim told officers that her live-in boyfriend had choked her and assaulted her several times during an argument. The suspect, 30-year-old Aaron Bryan Callaway, of Paris, was located away from the scene and arrested for a third-degree felony assault of a family member by impeding breath.
