Paris Man Arrested On Multiple Warrants

Officers were dispatched to the 1700-block of Hubbard Street to serve a warrant. Officers made contact with 42-year-old Phillip Pullins and arrested him on an outstanding warrant for criminal non-support and a misdemeanor. He was also found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
