Paris Pump Track Misses Cut On Grant

The Paris News is reporting that the city missed the cut in obtaining a grant for a bicycle pump track and must come up with $116,000. The project, which has received sizable donations from the City of Paris, the Chamber of Commerce Visitors & Convention Council, Service clubs and private donors are expected to make Paris a major bicycling destination. It would be one of the largest asphalt pump tracks in the country.
