Paris Traffic Stop Leads to Meth Arrest

43 year old  Bettie Daugherty  was arrested by Paris police in the 300 block of NE 10th after a traffic stop. She  was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and was charged with possession of a controlled substance as well as another misdemeanor charge.
