Paxton Disappointed In High Court Election Ruling

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says it’s “unfortunate” the US  Supreme Court did not to take up his lawsuit challenging the election results in four states that voted for Joe Biden for President. SMU Law Professor Eric Cedillo says the move should mean the end of legal challenges to the election results. Texas was joined by 18 other states that wanted to sue over the election results in Michigan, Georgia,Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
