Pinwheels In Downtown Mt Pleasant

If you’ve noticed the blue bows and pinwheels around downtown Mt. Pleasant and wondered why? It is Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness month. The blue bows serve as a reminder to fight for our children, and there are 199 pinwheels around the courthouse. They represent a child that CASA of Titus, Camp, and Morris Counties has served this past year.
