Retail gasoline prices across Texas are up 4 cents this week. Triple A-Texas experts say gasoline prices in parts of the country continued their upward momentum in the wake of a Colonial Pipeline leak repaired two weeks ago, as well as refinery maintenance and disruptions related to Hurricane Matthew.
