US Congressman John Ratcliffe will host an open house today as part of his district “ listening tour”. It will be held from 4:30-6 p.m. at the Paris City Council Chambers and everyone is invited. Congressman Ratcliffe was in Sulphur Springs, Mt. Pleasant and Texarkana, among other cities last week.
