Resort Planned For Bois d’Arc Lake

Fannin County Commissioners Court has approved plans for a new 80-acre resort village on a peninsula on the south side of Bois d’Arc Lake. Developers are planning a European-like town with a mixed residential and commercial area, including small shops and hotels. They have approved the zoning. However, there’s still work needed on infrastructure and permitting before construction.
