Royse City Police Officer Injured In Crash

Royse City Police Officer Michael Baley has been released from the hospital after a vehicle struck him while helping a stranded motorist Saturday morning. The wreck occurred shortly after 10:00 when the officer assisted a stranded motorist in the westbound lanes of I-30. Officer Baley was in the median when the vehicle struck him and ran off the road.
