Sumner Man Charged With Sexual Abuse Of A Child

A Sumner man is being held in Lamar County after turning himself in at the jail on child sex abuse charges. Officials are charging Lonnie Ray O’Neal, 38, with first-degree felony continuous sexual abuse of a child. He is also charged with violating his parole. Bond is $100,000.
