Suspect At Large In Rowlett Fatal Shooting

Rowlett Police Officers responded to a shooting call in the 2100 block of Lakeview Parkway in Rowlett and found 22-year-old Kerry Cottrell shot in a shopping center driveway. They transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. The suspect, Virgil Allen Harris, is currently wanted for Murder and remains at large.
