A juvenile is recovering after being hit by one of 35 bullets fired Friday night in Texarkana. The youth, whose gender and age they have not disclosed, was transferred to a children’s hospital in Dallas and listed in good condition. Witnesses reported seeing men dressed in black and carrying a semi-automatic rifle running after the shooting. Investigators have not determined the circumstances of the shooting or the identity of the suspects.
