Three Charged After Walmart Theft

Three men were arrested after they were reported to Sulphur Springs police for theft from the local Walmart. An officer stopped the pickup described by store security on Mockingbird but one suspect bailed out of the vehicle and fled on foot. 45 year old Velvin Stewart Skinner was captured and charged with Evading Arrest and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.  Two other suspects, 32 year old Lucas Wayne Massey and 26 year old Christopher Don Williams were also charged with Engaging in Organized Crime.
