COVID-19 case No. 12 for a Titus County resident was confirmed Wednesday. The patient is a woman between the ages of age 50-59. The source of the infection is unknown, and they think it is non-industry related. There is one confirmed recovery in the county, but it is unsure if there are other recoveries.
