A 33-year-old Diana man was being in the Gregg County Jail after he was arrested by State Troopers on outstanding warrants. Richard Leon Lenoir, Jr., was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault with the intent to impede breath or circulation with a previous conviction and assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction.
