Gregg County Jail
A 40-year-old Upshur County woman is being held in the Gregg County Jail on a total of $40,000 bond after her arrest by Kilgore Police on felony drug charges. Carolyn Dianne Franklin, of Ore City, had been indicted for manufacture or delivery of four grams to 200 grams of a controlled substance and possession of fewer than 28 grams of a controlled substance.
