Van Zandt County Drug Bust

As a result of an ongoing investigation, State, local authorities and postal inspectors conducted a raid on a home in Wills Point and seized 30 pounds of illicit prescription pills. The pills had a street value of $500,000. Also seized during the raid were guns, ammunition, drug paraphernalia, and other illegal drugs. One person was arrested and more arrests are expected.
