Van Zandt County Fatal Crash

State Troopers responded Saturday night to a fatal crash on SH-64 about two miles east of Wills Point in Van Zandt County. The driver was traveling east when the vehicle left the north side of the roadway and vaulted over a private drive. The driver, 34-year-old Jesus Gonzalez of Wills Point, was ejected from the car. Judge Dunn pronounced him dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
