  • Authorities confirmed an explosion near NYC’s Port Authority bus terminal. Police have responded to the A, C, and E subway lines near 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Four people were hurt including the suspect who is in custody. All were non-life-threatening. The feds say the device malfunctioned and did not fully detonate. The picture to the right is the frame after the video caught the explosion.
