Woman Decapitated In Waller County

Waller County Deputies say they found a woman decapitated in a small house in a rural area. They identified her as 21-year-old Angy Diaz and charged her husband, Jared James Dicus, with her murder. Investigators say there had been initial calls of disturbances made from the home.
