Woman Jailed In Hopkins County For Cocaine, Probation Violation

Sulphur Springs Police arrested a 46-year-old woman after stopping her for a traffic violation. Because of her extreme nervousness, a search was initiated and two baggies of containing suspected crack cocaine were found. More cocaine was found later during a pat-down search of the woman. Demetria Lasunda Rivers was arrested for Possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation.
