Woman Who Kicked Lamar County Detention Officer Has Been Indicted

A grand jury indicted a woman who kicked a Lamar County Detention officer in the head. Shannon Thompson is charged with three counts of assault on a public servant. The officer was seriously injured, and flown to a hospital in Dallas after the alleged attack.
