Hugo Police Seek Suspect

Authorities are looking for a man who ran from Hugo police for several blocks after a routine traffic stop earlier this month. Titus Drew Shannon Allen  had outstanding warrants at the time and has more now after officers found drugs and a pistol inside his vehicle.
