Paris Woman Arrested on Multiple Charges

Friday morning after 6:00 Paris Police responded to the 200 block of NW 31st in regards to a theft of a vehicle. Allegedly Monica Herron, 19, took a blue 2007 Pontiac G6 from that location without permission. Later, the complainant located Herron and the vehicle and Herron tried to elude the complainant. She finally stopped in the 2100 block of Hubbard and exited the vehicle. Officers located Herron behind a residence in the 200 block of SE 20th and placed her under arrest for theft of the vehicle. She also has an outstanding probation violation warrant and a forgery warrant.
