Bond has been set at more $200,000 for a Gladewater man arrested by Kilgore Police on multiple felony charges. That bond could be increased. Reportedly, 26-year-old Calvin Rashard Oakley is accused of a false report or statement to an officer or agent of a health maintenance organization, assault on a family/household member to impede breath/circulation; criminal mischief, violation of a bond/protective order, unlawful restraint, and of obstruction or retaliation.
