Inmate Escapes From Arkansas Work Detail

Authorities throughout the region are looking for an inmate who fled from an Arkansas Community Corrections facility’s work detail. Reportedly, 37-year-old Charles Phillip Hauser was last seen running from Hobo Park along the railroad tracks. Hauser is 5′8″, weighs 177 pounds, and was last seen wearing yellow pants and a yellow shirt.
