A rollover on FM 1567 around 5:00 pm Monday killed a little girl, age eight, and injured an 11-year-old. Officials arrested their dad, Brant Lee McGinnis, 36, and charged him with intoxication manslaughter. McGinnis is in Hopkins County Jail on a $105,000 bond.
