Special Crime Unite Officers arrested 64-year old Billy Orsborne on outstanding drug warrants. They charged him on two counts of Manufacture or Delivery of more than one but less than four grams of methamphetamine, a second-degree felony. The charge was enhanced because the offenses allegedly occurred in a Drug-Free Zone.
