Oklahoma Senate Narrowly Passes Bill Requiring Kids To Buckle Up

By a 25-22 vote, the Oklahoma Senate has approved legislation requiring all children under the age of 17 to wear seat belts while traveling in the back seat of a vehicle. The measure now heads to the House where a similar measure is pending.
