Pittsburg Students Win $1,250

Pittsburg High School students show off the $1,250 check they received for winning the TxDOT Traffic Safety Public Service Announcement competition held Tuesday (Feb 25) in Jefferson. The students created a video about the hazards of texting and driving competing against ten other schools from the TxDOT Atlanta District which covers a nine-county area of Northeast Texas. The funds will go toward this year’s Project Celebration at the school.
