Fannin County Commissioners Extend County Disaster Declaration

Fannin County Commissioners voted Tuesday to extend the county’s declaration until at least April 21. The county currently has eight confirmed cases of COVID-19, with two patients recovered and back working. The court exempted first responders from the Emergency Family Medical Leave Expansion Act, giving them two weeks to quarantine on paid leave.
