Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County officials met Monday morning to discuss Governor Abbott’s latest Executive Order concerning the COVID-19 pandemic. In light of the newest order, mayor John Sellers decided that they would cancel the Independence Day event this weekend at Celebration Plaza.
