Two Arrested After Noise Complaint at Culbertson Park

Paris police responded to a complaint about loud noise in Culbertson Park and arrested two men on felony charges. 30 year old Patrick Bullock was charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. Another man at the location, 23 year old Dearius Hawthorne was arrested on an outstanding warrant for assault.
