Hearing Held On Hopkins County Solar Power Lawsuit

Sixty-Second Judicial District Judge Will Biard announced in court Monday in Sulphur Springs that he expects to decide on a Temporary Restraining Order probably by the end of the week. Attorneys for Cynthia Martin filed the motion for the order and requests that the court temporarily halts the construction of the planned Dike solar energy project. The action lists Hopkins County and Hopkins County Energy LLC as defendants.
